A custom cake from the maison is one cake, made for one occasion, never repeated. I read every inquiry myself. We talk about the room, the menu, the season, the people the cake is for — and then I propose a direction that makes sense for the day, not the algorithm.

The form below is a beginning, not a quote. Some of what you give me settles the brief in five minutes; some of it I will ask about. Two-week minimum lead time, six cakes a month. The room is small by design.
